Every staff member was helpful and lovely. There were an electric kettle, central heating, and an ironing set in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. I was offered a savoury and lovely breakfast with fresh orange juice, croissants and homemade jams.

The room at B&B Alice & Anais was absolutely amazing! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious double room was perfect for me, and the king-size bed was incredibly cozy. I loved the luxury of the massage shower in the private bathroom. Plus, having a coffee machine in the room was a bonus, allowing me to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. The free toiletries and hair dryer provided were also a nice touch. the room had all the essential amenities and made me feel right at home.
The only thing that I liked less about the room was the refrigerator. Though it was convenient to have one, I found it a bit noisy at times.

The hosts, Nele & Koen, were incredibly warm and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from helping us find parking to providing a delicious and plentiful breakfast. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our large family. Our children particularly loved the homemade croissants and jams. The location was ideal, with easy access to the market square. We highly recommend this B&B for families visiting Bruges.
For dads, it would be great to have a small play area for kids.

Stayed at a charming B&B. Distance from the famous Markt and Belfort was soooo convenient. Oh, and free WiFi and parking nearby were just icing on the cake.
Just loved how the noise from the thin door and the not-so-pretty exterior of the house added that extra touch of character to my stay.

Spacious double room with a massage or rain shower. This room felt like a luxurious oasis in the heart of historic Bruges. The shower was so relaxing, it was like being wrapped in a warm hug.
Thin door let in light and noise.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our Christmas stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main attractions and within walking distance of the city center. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning, with a variety of options to choose from.
This information was not mentioned prior to our arrival and we had to go through the hassle of finding an ATM and incurring additional charges for withdrawing cash. It would have been more convenient if this policy was clearly stated beforehand.
